Hot Glue Does the Trick

I knew something could be done with this swing but not too sure how to get the job done.

I bought the fabric at Walmart then headed home to get to work. I asked Christopher to bring in the cushion so I can reupholster it then I faced a dead-end when I realized the seat was not removable. It was made as part of the frame, but as they say, "Google it!" With a little bit of research, From Drab to Fabulous website I set to work and covered this seat in 1 hour with hot glue and gun. I sewed the pillow on the following day. With all the hats I wear as mom, I finished this project late at night several weeks ago but had not posted it but here goes. Whalla!

I added the pumpkin to the picture because of how bright it looked in contrast.

 Sit and relax.
I chose the colors that would fit each season. (In Arizona, we do not have many seasons)
We have used and enjoyed our swing as we roast marshmallows in the fire pit.
Can't wait for the days when we will have hot chocolate.
Brrr, does is feel a little bit cooler to you?
xox
Blessings,

Darlene
