I have so many asking about the dōTERRA essential oils: which one to use for this or is there an oil for such and such. My answer is always, "Yes!" Someone needed an oil for eczema: Thyme. Another needed an oil for migraines: Lavender. Yes, lavender. I used it when I was trying to cut out the caffeine and was experiencing headaches that would last all day long. All I had with me was the lavender oil. I applied the lavender and what a relief I could just feel the easing off from the migraine. It's also good for mood swings, depression, high blood pressure, anxiety, and so much more.
